Creating your "Cinema Tech Portfolio" Website
Purpose: to create a digital portfolio of your Cinema Tech projects and to explain how you have demonstrated the General Learner Outcomes and/or standards in this class.

Step 1. Click here to see how to log onto your own Weebly account.
- Follow the instructions in the tutorial to log into your account.
Step 2. Click HERE for a link to a good Weebly tutorial.

Step 3. Then, try it out on your own website! Refer back to the tutorials if you need to.

Read this carefully and click on links to see requirements:
- Select your Theme
- Change fonts if you want. Make sure to follow graphic design principles (C•R•A•P) when designing your site
- Plan out your navigation (pages). You need to include: home/profile page, SKillsUSA/CTSO reflection page, Hiki No page (use form from last quarter's assessment), and at least THREE other project reflection pages.
- On each of the "Projects" pages, you need to include the project and you will be writing a short caption/reflection for each project that will explain what it was about, what you did, success and difficulties of the project, and which GLOs and/or standards you demonstrated by completing that project. (Click on "GLO/Standard" project Captions for the guidelines)
- Type up your write-ups in MS Word or submit to turnitin and make sure to edit before you post it to your website! Spell check! ask someone else to peer edit! Review it and edit before you post to your site!
- (2014-2015 students can disregard this one) On your "Reflection" page, you will post your written reflection. See Rubric for written reflection. You will be running it through "turnitin" and also e-mailing it to instructor via the "assignments" form on the http://cinematech.weebly.com site.
